I can train you in a variety of different locations.

They include:

* Your home/garden

* outdoor public spaces

* Online via Zoom, or similar

* Indoor gym location: Better Body Group, Rectory Field, Charlton Road, London SE7 7EY

I have a full range of equipment and bring it to you for at-home or outside sessions. Fitstudioz has state-of-the art, fully equipped individual studios for training (also shower and toilet facilities)

I am based in the borough of Greenwich, but I am happy to travel to other areas including Lewisham, Bexley, Kent and parts of Bromley (some locations may incur an additional charge for travelling)

Popular outdoor places to meet include: Greenwich Park, Blackheath, Kidbrooke Green Park, Hornfair Park, Sutcliffe Park and Charlton Park
